Follow the setup, opening, closing and dismantling schedule shared by MEWS. Request tables, chairs and extra space in the form; facilities and stall allocation require confirmation.
Keep aisles and access routes clear. Declare appliances, power needs and any proposed cooking or heating. Use electrical or cooking equipment only after committee approval.
Keep your stall and surroundings clean and arrange proper waste disposal. Food vendors must describe preparation and storage arrangements, maintain hygiene, and have the permissions applicable to their business.
You are responsible for your goods, equipment, belongings and sales. Treat visitors and other vendors respectfully, avoid damage to the venue, and follow the organiser’s event instructions.
Submitting an application does not reserve or confirm a stall. MEWS will review requests and share availability, charges, payment instructions and cancellation terms before confirmation. No payment is collected here.
